1-2 Oil leakage of reducer or coupling oil tank

[Causes of abnormality] 1. The output shaft or input shaft oil seal of the reducer is damaged.

2. Asbestos on the flange of the reducer is urgently damaged.

3. Too much oil in coupling gear box.

[Exclusion method] 1. Replace with a new oil seal.

2. It is urgent to replace new asbestos.

3. Reduce the amount of oil.

1-3 The reducer is overheated or poorly lubricated.

[Causes of abnormality] 1. Insufficient oil level and poor lubrication.

2. The oil level is too high and heat dissipation is not easy.

[Exclusion method] 1. Add lubricating oil to the proper oil surface.

2. Reduce the lubricating oil to a proper oil level.

1-4 Press the mixing tank tilt button and the brake motor starts humming but does not tilt well.

[Causes of abnormality] 1. The angle tooth copper nut of the tilting device is worn (front feeding type).

2. The axis of the angle tooth copper nut seat is offset from the fixed position of the bearing.

3. The fixed position of the bearing of the reduction gear oil tank with the brake motor is offset.

4. Poor lubrication of angle teeth.

5. The supporting screw at the bottom of the mixing tank is too high to tighten the mixing tank.

[Exclusion method] 1. Replace with a new nut.

2. Re-calibrate the fixing screws.

3. Re-calibrate the fixing screws of the bearing seat.

4. Pour the butter into the butter nipple of the angled copper nut.

5. Lower the support screws.

1-5 Poor positioning of mixing tank upside and down

[Causes of abnormality] 1. The brake motor brakes to make wear and brake bad.

2. Improper adjustment of the position of the positioning limit switch for the tilting angle of the mixing tank

[Troubleshooting] 1. Replace with new brake pads.

2. Adjust the length of the contact arm of the limit switch or the height of the fixed position.

1-6 Placement in operating load

The entire mixing tank on the foot will swing back and forth up and down.

[Causes of abnormality] 1. The fixing screws of the mixing tank feet are loose.

2. Two supports at the bottom of the mixing tank when it is in position.

[Exclusion method] 1. Tighten the fixing screws of the upper cover of the foot with a hexagon wrench.

2-1 Press the main motor "on" button, the motor does not start

[Cause of abnormality] 1. Whether the fuse has tripped or burned out.

2. No fusing wire switch tripping.

3. The electromagnetic contactor is in poor contact.

4. The button switch is in poor contact.

5. The control circuit is short-circuited.

6. The main motor coil is burnt out.

[Troubleshooting] 1. Replace with a new fuse.

2. Turn on the switch again.

3. Check the contacts or replace them with new ones.

4. Replace with a new button switch.

5. Check the short circuit according to the wiring diagram.

6. Replace with a new motor.

2-2 Press down the mixing tank to tilt the brake motor and start under the motor

[Cause of abnormality] 1. The safety limit switch for the pressure cover or the dust cover is not opened.

2. The button switch is in poor contact.

3. The motor forward and reverse switch is faulty.

4. The brake motor coil is burnt out.

5. The main cause is fever or abnormality.

[Exclusion method] 1. Whether the pressure cover and the dust cover have been raised to the positioning or if they are still positioned,

Can not tilt, check the limit switch for poor contact or fall off and position.

2. Replace with a new button.

3. Replace with a new forward and reverse switch.

4. Replace the motor.

5. Check whether the limit switch under the mixing tank is bad or loose, please replace it with a new oneOr adjust.
